We invite you to The Yoga Garden Retreat.
You bring your group, and we'll provide the setting - a gorgeous natural space that'll inspire with its grandeur and quietude, and bright indoor spaces designed to meet your needs: team meetings, presentations, small-group discussions, break-out groups... even yoga!
Best of all, you'll have exclusive use of the entire property during your event, and our full attention as we help to ensure that your day here goes as smoothly as possible.
We have three main spaces for your use, each on their own level of the Main Lodge:
Lounge with balcony, which we can set up in two different ways: a relaxed space with sofas and armchairs, or a meeting hall with seating for 20 facing our large-screen TV
High-speed internet, white boards and flip-chart easels, clipboards, pens - already here for you!
Dining room with wrap-around screened-in porch - ideal for sessions where you need tables and chairs
Yoga room - perfect for incorporating some movement into your day, or for break-out groups (try out our back-jacks for comfy floor seating)
Oh yes, and there is the wood-fired sauna too!
PLUS you'll have many amazing outdoor spaces for your activities, training sessions and team building exercises - the beach, fire pit by the lake, screened-in gazebo and porches, natural amphitheatre, and more!
Need food? Allow us to step in. Coffee, tea and small snacks are on the house. We also work with local caterers to provide high-quality, locally grown (as much as possible) plant-based meals - nutritious and delicious, and served by us with the utmost care. (You're also welcome to bring your own food or arrange your own catering, if you prefer.)
Perhaps a yoga class for your group? Our staff can lead you through a relaxing, re-energizing class. You'll be surprised how inspiration flows after some mindful movement! We're also trained in teaching meditation. Simply ask us about scheduling some yoga or meditation (or both!) into your day.
And of course, you're welcome to explore and enjoy the great outdoors here at YGR: forest trails, flower and vegetable gardens, sandy beach, outdoor gazebo, hammocks... Breathe in the fresh air. Breath out tension and stress. The world is a beautiful place!
